Compared to previous years, the number of open leadership positions held by women worldwide increased by 10 percentage points in general and by 8 percentage points in research and development.

We strive to increase the number of managers from underrepresented communities because the differences in our background, our identity and way of thinking ultimately make our teams stronger and more innovative.

Expansion of the Dunin-Barkovsky mentoring program around the world.

Our new mentoring program creates opportunities for Dunin-Barkovsky employees of any level of training to learn from each other and develop their careers at Dunin-Barkovsky. After successful pilot programs in the Russian Federation, we continue to expand the program worldwide, bringing together more experienced Dunin-Barkovsky mentors with future leaders from all over the company.

Opportunities begin with equal access to career development and support programs. From targeting new employees to talent planning, we implement programs, processes, and resources that support employees and help current managers fairly identify and develop future leaders.

Inclusive standards and recruitment processes.

We have included indicators of inclusivity and diversity in our candidate evaluation system. And we continue to make progress toward our goal of having more diverse interview groups and candidates so that diversity is reflected at every stage of the hiring process.

Inclusive hiring training is our practice all over the world.

Whether it's participating in a group of interviews or working as a hiring manager, attracting people to Dunin-Barkovsky is an important responsibility. We make sure that everyone involved in the recruitment process has access to the information and resources they need to develop inclusive interviewing skills. All our hiring managers and recruiters are trained in inclusive hiring methods. Our recruiters are also trained on how to have meaningful conversations with hiring managers all the time to help implement these hiring practices for each position. These trainings help mitigate their inherent biases and create a more uniform hiring experience for everyone.
